Mateusz Omelan
Graduated with honors from the law faculty of the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the University of Regensburg. Member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
He has gained professional experience since his studies in the largest and leading law firms in Warsaw (i.a. Dentons;
Kopeć & Zaborowski). Comprehensive knowledge and acquired qualifications led to professional provision of legal services within many areas of law (civil/family/administrative/business/criminal).
He represents Clients both before courts and offices in Poland and abroad, including before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Provides legal services also in English.
Recent activities have contributed to, among other things:
- obtaining a number of favorable judgments in ongoing civil, commercial and criminal cases;
- Clients’ retention of a number of administrative permits necessary to conduct business;
- effective registration of dozens of trademarks in Poland and abroad.
Author of a number of press publications on legal issues. He has taught students and participated as a speaker in legal conferences.
